GLASS PRINTING 2005 TO MIRROR ADVANCD TECHNOLOGIES FOR GLASS DECORATION
 



Come October, the Frankfurt, Germany would host GlassPrint 2005, an exhibition cum conference focused on screen printing trends and new developments within the flat and container glass industries.
GlassPrint 2005 is a new conference and exhibition designed specifically to cater for decoration professionals in the glassmaking sector. The event will discuss the latest trends and developments in this exciting and growing field, and will cover both the flat and hollow glass industries.
It will take place at the NH Moerfelden Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany, on October 26. The keynote speaker is to be Andy Bopp, from the Society of Glass & Ceramic Decorators (SGCD) in the USA. Mr Bopp is an acknowledged global authority on glass decoration
and the SGCD is one of the foremost technical organisations in its field.



An exhibition will accompany the conference, with displays of the latest equipment, consumables and services. The exhibitors will be members of ESMA, the European trade association for suppliers to the specialist printing industries. They will be promoting their ranges of activities in inks, printing equipment, printing supplies and prepress technology.
The conference would highlight new directions in heavy metal free inks, innovations in digital printing, advanced machinery technology, and efficient prepress technology.
Table-top segment of exhibition would feature inks, printing equipment, printing supplies, pre-press technology ESMA is sponsoring the event, alongside DMG World Media, which is the publisher of Glass and Glass International magazines and of the Glass/Glass International Directory.
