With the death of Jaswant Rai Paul, 59, Director of Faridabad-based Paul Group of Industries has lost its founder and chief inspiration. Started out a venture into the world of round printing with the popular brand ‘Dabar’, Mr Paul is rightly considered as one of the pioneers of round and conical printing in the country. Even today his company is supplying containers as required by the global brand. He has the record of printing 10 lakh containers per day.

Even though dynamic in nature and futuristic in vision, he was soft-spoken and down to earth in his dealing with people.

What was outstanding with Mr J R Paul is that what he started from scratch has grown and diversified into many companies, whose total worth could be in the range of Rs 20 crore. His two sons, Chandra Prakash and Sumit are following his footsteps. While the younger son, Sumit looks after printing and elder one is in charge of the printing machine manufacturing.
