US-based Paxar Corporation has announced that it has acquired the remaining 50% of its Indian joint venture located in Bangalore and formed Paxar India (P) Ltd.

The company is a full service provider of apparel identification products, including woven, printed and bar code labels, and merchandising tags for retailers and apparel customers manufacturing in India. in addition to sales and marketing, Paxar India’s facilities also include service bureau operations. In 2004, it generated approximately $10 million in sales.
