Screen Printing Association of India (SPAI)'s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 28th April 2001 at North India Association Hall, Sion, Mumbai.

Commemorating his birthday on August 2, former FESPA President Michel Caza was on hand to open Screen Print India 2002 organized under the auspices of the Screen Printers Association of India in Mumbai (Bombay) by Devang N. Seth (General Secretary of SPAI, Aditya Expositions and Screen Printing India (magazine) and Venu V. Bhagavan (Scridevi).

SCREEN PRINT INDIA 2002 will be held 2-4 August 2002 in Nehry Center, Worli, Mumbai, India, which is the 5th show in its series SCREEN PRINT INDIA once in every two years. It is supported by Screen Printer's Association of India(SPAI), Mr. Jagdish Jhaveri, President of SPAI said," Screen Print India has become one of the important trade show of screen printing industry in Asia and visitors are not only coming from all over but also from number of neighboring countries, middle East, far East, Africa and European countries. The show provides unique opportunity for the industry and is an occasion 'To See' and 'T Learn' about the latest equipment and trends taking place globally in ever changing industry".

Screen Print India 2000 was concluded on October 8, 2000 in Mumbai. It received excellent response from screen printing community not only from India, but also from various other countries. The total over 7200 visitors attended the show in the three days, despite of festival season.

In view to provide entertainment & to bring al the SPAI members very close. SPAI organized 2 DA YS PICNIC. The charges will be Rs. 1500.00 per person for two days picnic including transport, games, cricket match, swimming etc. overnight stay.
There will be critcket match & other sports & fun activities which will be life long memery for all & one of the greatest event of the year for SPAI members. The place Is very beautiful Resort (A TROPIC PARADISE WITH PURE VEGETARIANS CUISINE) having beautiful garden, layout accommodation, swimming pool, dinning hall & sports & jogging faciities, providing PURE OXYGEN.
