Converge Transprint machines are easy to operate. At the outset the image to be printed is etched on a plate or a block with a photographic process. The etched plate is gets filled with ink automatically. Ink from the non-printable area is cleaned. The impression of this etched image is set on a smooth silicone pad which is pressed against the plate. This impression is then gets transferred from the pad on to the desired object. The strength and flexibility of silicone pad enables it to take shape of the object’s contour on which the image is to be transferred. The surface quality of the silicone pad prevents ink from being absorbed or smudged resulting in sharp impressions.

Convergent machines have cylindrical pads, die plates and work on the same lines of normal pad printing machine. It is possible to print on flat as well as on 360° round surface.

These machines, normally have automated feeding systems and can handle large volumes of jobs. It can also take printing of multi-colour printing during one work cycle.
